Abstract:
High employee turnover is one of the problems faced by the organization. Therefore organisations must find out the cause and find the best solution so that employee turnover is lower. This is because high employee turnover can cause a decrease in organizational
performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of workload and job security on turnover intention. This type of research is a quantitative descriptive study with data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The study population was 123 people with a sample of 55 employees. The sampling technique uses the Slovin formula. The
results of hypothesis testing indicate that the Workload has a significant effect on turnover intention. Job Insecurity has a significant effect on turnover intention, Workload and Job Insecurity have a significant effect on Turnover Intention.
