First Advisor : Adam, M.Pd Second Advisor : Aulia Putri S.S, M.Pd This study aims to determine the correlation between self-efficacy and speaking ability in the school environment for tenth-grade students at Tunas Baru Jin-Seung High School. This research uses quantitative research procedures by correlating self-efficacy scores with speaking ability in class. Data collection was carried out in two ways, namely by questionnaire and speaking test. The result showed that the calculated r-value (0,257) was smaller than the r-table value (0,334), This means the null hypothesis is rejected, and the alternative hypothesis is accepted. en_US
