Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kecerdasan&#13;
intelektual, kecerdasan emosional, kecerdasan logika, kecerdasan interpersonal, dan&#13;
kecerdasan bahasa secara parsial dan simultan terhadap kompetensi guru SMK Negeri 6&#13;
Batam. Populasi dari penelitian ini sebanyak 59 guru ASN, dengan jumlah sampel&#13;
sebanyak 59 orang guru ASN SMK Negeri 6 Batam. Sensus Teknik penarikan sampel&#13;
menggunakan Sensus. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif, dengan analisis&#13;
statistic regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan Kecerdasan Intelektual&#13;
berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Kompetensi Guru di SMK Negeri 6&#13;
Batam, Kecerdasan Emosional berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap&#13;
Kompetensi Guru di SMK Negeri 6 Batam, Kecerdasan Logika berpengaruh negatif dan&#13;
tidak signifikan terhadap Kompetensi Guru di SMK Negeri 6 Batam, Kecerdasan&#13;
Interpersonal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kompetensi Guru di SMK&#13;
Negeri 6 Batam, Kecerdasan Bahasa berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap&#13;

This study aims to identify and understand the concept of Human Resource&#13;
Management (HRM) and its function in supporting organizational effectiveness. HRM&#13;
plays a crucial role in managing individual potential to optimally contribute to&#13;
achieving organizational goals. Using a quantitative approach, this study analyzes&#13;
respondents' perceptions of key HRM dimensions, including planning, recruitment and&#13;
selection, training and development, performance appraisal, and compensation. Data&#13;
were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using descriptive&#13;
analysis techniques and simple linear regression to determine the influence of HRM&#13;
functions on organizational effectiveness. The results indicate that all HRM functions&#13;
have a positive and significant relationship with increased productivity and&#13;
organizational performance. This finding confirms that effective human resource&#13;
management is a strategic factor in maintaining organizational sustainability and&#13;
competitiveness. This study is expected to enrich the HRM literature and serve as a&#13;
reference for practitioners in designing professional, adaptive, and performanceoriented workforce management strategies.

This study aims to analyze the level of understanding of Human Resource Management&#13;
(HRM) and the factors that influence it in the context of modern organizations. HRM plays&#13;
a strategic role in managing human potential to align with organizational goals,&#13;
encompassing the functions of planning, recruitment, training, development, performance&#13;
appraisal, and compensation. The research method used is quantitative with a descriptive&#13;
approach. Data were collected through a structured questionnaire using a Likert scale to&#13;
measure respondents' perceptions of the concept, function, and implementation of HRM.&#13;
Data analysis was conducted using descriptive and inferential statistical techniques to&#13;
describe the level of understanding and examine the relationship between variables. The&#13;
results show that a good understanding of HRM is positively correlated with the&#13;
effectiveness of employee management and increased organizational productivity. This&#13;
finding emphasizes the importance of increasing literacy and continuous training in the field&#13;
of HRM to support sustainable organizational performance. This study provides theoretical&#13;
contributions to the development of the HRM concept and practical implications for&#13;
organizations in improving human resource managerial competency.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh burnout, komitmen organisasi, lingkungan&#13;
kerja, motivasi dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Indotirta Suaka Batam.&#13;
Penelitian dilakukan secara kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 134 responden dari total&#13;
populasi 200 karyawan, menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Analisis data menggunakan&#13;
regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, burnout, komitmen&#13;
organisasi dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan&#13;
PT. Indotirta Suaka Batam. Motivasi berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan&#13;
PT. Indotirta Suaka Batam, sedangkan kompensasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja&#13;
karyawan PT. Indotirta Suaka Batam. Secara simultan kelima variabel independen tersebut&#13;
berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Indotirta Suaka Batam. Burnout&#13;
berpengaruh positif menunjukkan bahwa burnout tidak selalu bersifat destruktif secara universal,&#13;
tergantung konteks budaya kerja dan sistem pengelolaan beban tugas. Hasil penelitian juga&#13;
menemukan pengaruh negatif signifikan motivasi dan tidak berpengaruhnya kompensasi&#13;
terhadap kinerja karyawan mengindikasikan adanya potensi ketidaksesuaian antara sistem&#13;
penghargaan dan kebutuhan psikologis karyawan. Kondisi ini dapat mencerminkan bahwa&#13;
pemberian motivasi dan kompensasi yang tidak tepat sasaran justru berpotensi menurunkan&#13;
kinerja karyawan PT. Indotirta Suaka Batam. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat menjadi&#13;
masukan bagi manajemen di perusahaan dalam menyusun strategi pengelolaan sumber daya&#13;
manusia secara efektif dan berkelanjutan.
