<description>INNOVATION OF CONTEXTUAL LEARNING MANAGEMENT MODEL BASED ON LOCAL WISDOM IN ENGLISH LANGUAGE LEARNING
Mahmud; Putra, Jaya Dwi; Pamungkas, Tubagus
This study aims to examine the innovation of contextual learning management models based on local wisdom and&#13;
their contribution to improving students' English vocabulary mastery at SMP Negeri 3 Numfor Barat. The research method&#13;
used was the mixed method, which combines qualitative and quantitative data. Qualitative data were obtained through&#13;
interviews, observations, and documentation, while quantitative data were obtained from the results of students' pre-test and&#13;
post-test. The results of the qualitative research show that the planning was carried out collaboratively by involving all school&#13;
components and considering local cultural values. The implementation of learning was conducted by linking English material&#13;
to the local culture, which increased students' enthusiasm and participation. The evaluation was conducted comprehensively&#13;
and provided constructive feedback. Quantitatively, the analysis results show a significant improvement in scores between the&#13;
pre-test and post-test, with the average score increasing from 25.26 to 61.32. The Paired Sample t-Test yielded a significance&#13;
value of &lt; 0.001, indicating a significant difference. These findings conclude that the management of the contextual learning&#13;
model based on local wisdom is not only culturally relevant but also effective in improving students' vocabulary mastery. This&#13;
model is recommended as an innovative approach in regions with rich local cultural heritage.

<title>AN ANALYSIS OF THE IMPACT OF DIFFERENTIATED INSTRUCTION ON ACADEMIC ACHIEVEMENT AMONG GRADE X STUDENTS IN VOCATIONAL EDUCATION</title>
<link>http://localhost:8080/xmlui/handle/123456789/609</link>
<description>AN ANALYSIS OF THE IMPACT OF DIFFERENTIATED INSTRUCTION ON ACADEMIC ACHIEVEMENT AMONG GRADE X STUDENTS IN VOCATIONAL EDUCATION
Aviadi, Dedi; Pohan, Albert Efendi; Pamungkas, Tubagus
This study aims to investigate the effectiveness of implementing differentiated instruction in improving student&#13;
learning outcomes in Informatics for Grade X students at a vocational high school. Employing a classroom action research&#13;
design over two cycles, data were collected through learning outcome tests, student attitude observations, and documentation.&#13;
Both qualitative and quantitative approaches were utilized in data analysis. The findings reveal that the implementation of&#13;
differentiated instruction was moderately effective, with an average N-Gain score of 75.6%. There was a significant&#13;
improvement in student learning outcomes following the application of differentiated instructional methods. Quantitative&#13;
analysis supported the effectiveness of this approach, as evidenced by a t-test value of 6.256 with 66 degrees of freedom and a&#13;
significance level of &lt; 0.001, thereby rejecting the null hypothesis (H₀). These results indicate that differentiated instruction&#13;
can significantly enhance student engagement and academic performance, particularly in subjects such as Informatics that&#13;
require logical and rapid thinking skills. The study underscores the crucial role of instructional innovation and teacher&#13;
management strategies in addressing diverse student needs and optimizing learning outcomes. It recommends the broader&#13;
application of differentiated instruction to enhance teaching quality and student achievement in vocational education contexts.

<title>ANALYSIS OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE EDUCATIONAL QUALITY ASSURANCE SYSTEM AT STATE VOCATIONAL SCHOOL 3 KEMARITIMAN BIAK NUMFOR</title>
<link>http://localhost:8080/xmlui/handle/123456789/570</link>
<description>ANALYSIS OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE EDUCATIONAL QUALITY ASSURANCE SYSTEM AT STATE VOCATIONAL SCHOOL 3 KEMARITIMAN BIAK NUMFOR
Yafdas, Yoas; Zulkifli; Pamungkas, Tubagus
A system of quality management serves as a method to implementing a program of quality assurance, which should be regarded as a subject of scientific inquiry, particularly in assessing and forecasting the preparedness of educational institutions. This study aims to identify the preparation process for carrying out the Education Quality Assurance System (SPMP) in order to enhance the quality of schools at SMK Negeri 3 Kemaritiman Biak Numfor, Garut Regency. This study applied a qualitative approach using a descriptive analytical method. Data were obtained through observations, interviews, and documentation, and were analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that quality planning is implemented through several phases, namely quality mapping via School Self-Evaluation (EDS), preparation of compliance plans, execution of quality assurance, evaluation of quality, and the establishment of standards. These processes enable schools to present an accurate description of their quality. The implementation of education quality assurance is intended to fulfill the eight National Education Standards.
