Social   justice   concept   has   been   clearly   emphasized   at   Pancasila   (the   five fundamental  values  of  Indonesia)  as  one  of  common  values  of  Indonesia  society. Pancasila also recognized as the philosophical grondslagwhich makes Pancasila as a  reference  of  all  Indonesian  citizens  and  State  Action,  including  in  governance. The  concept  of  social  justice  in  Pancasila  implies  that  any  natural  resource management that has the potential to prosper and affect the Indonesian people as a whole must be controlled by the State as well as used for the greatest prosperity of  the  people.  This  paper  is  intended  to  analyze,  describe,  and  examinethe Constitutional  Court  Decision  concerning  to  social  justice  especially  in  terms  of economic  rights.  This  paper  discusses  various  decisions  of  the  Constitutional Court  that  are ultra  petita.  This  paper  illuminated  and  highlighted  that  in  two Constitutional  Court  Decisions  on  Water  Resources  and  the  Decision  on  the Electricity Law and the  Water Resources Law of the Constitutional Court in its decision to make an ultra petitadecision by canceling the entire two laws, because that  the  article  being  tested is  the  heart  of  the  law,  thus  seriously  affecting  the implementation of other articles in the law. Therefore, with the ultra petitadecision, in  the  future,  the  Constitutional  Court  is  expected  to  be  more  progressive  and responsive  in  seeing  the  problems  that  occur,  especially  related  to  the  basic economic needs of the Indonesian people. The  history  of  the  founding  of  the  Constitutional  Court  (hereinafter MK) begins with the adoption of the Constitutional Court idea in a constitutional amendment carried out by the People's Consultative Assembly (hereinafter MPR) in 2001.1As formulated in the provisions of Article 24 paragraph (2), Article 24C, and Article 7B of the 1945 Constitution2resulted from the Third Amendment   which   was   ratified   on   November   9,   2001.   The   idea   of establishing the Constitutional Court was one of the developments in legal thoughts  and  modern  state  that  emerged  in  the  20th  century.  Article  24C paragraphs  (1)  and  (2)of  the  1945  Constitution  are  the  legal  basis  for  the authority of the Constitutional Court granted by the Constitution, further authority related to the Constitutional Court is regulated in Law Number 8 of   2011   on   Amendments   to   Law   Number   24   of   2003   concerning   the Constitutional Court.

Artikel ini berisi tentang analisis keterkaitan antara konsep filosopi pendidikan John Dewey dengan prinsip dan&#13;
implementasi kurikulum Merdeka yang diterapkan saat ini dalam pendidikan di Indonesia. Jhon Dewey memberikan&#13;
dukungan pada pendidikan yang demokratis, di mana setiap manusia secara individu memiliki kesempatan yang sama&#13;
untuk mengembangkan potensi yang mereka miliki. Hal ini sejalan dengan konsep kurikulum Merdeka yang juga&#13;
menawarkan kemerdekaan dan keleluasaan kepada lembaga pendidikan untuk mengekplorasi potensi peserta&#13;
didiknya secara maksimal dengan menyesuaikan minat, bakat serta kecendrungan masing-masing peserta didik.&#13;
Pemikiran-pemikiran yang dipandang saling terkait tersebut menjadi latar belakang untuk menggali kebih dalam dan&#13;
menyusunnya dalam sebuah karya tulis berupa artikel. Artikel ini menggunakan metode tinjauan pustaka yang&#13;
hasilnya dijelaskan secara deskriptif berdasarkan pengolahan data yang mencakup filosofi Pendidikan John Dewey&#13;
dan data terkait prinsip dan implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka. .Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa keterkaitan filosofi&#13;
pendidikan John Dewey dengan Kurikulum Merdeka dapat dilihat pada visi bersama untuk menciptakan pendidikan&#13;
yang merangsang, relevan, inklusif, dan mendorong peserta didik menjadi individu yang lebih mandiri dan warga&#13;
negara yang bertanggung jawab dalam masyarakat yang demokratis..
Pendidikan adalah proses pembelajaran yang didapat oleh setiap manusia (peserta didik)&#13;
untuk dapat membuat manusia tersebut mengerti, paham, lebih dewasa serta mampu membuat&#13;
manusia lebih kritis dalam berpikir (Suryani, 2024). Sejalan dengan itu, tujuan pendidikan dapat&#13;
dirumuskan menjadi sebuah harapan pada peserta didik untuk mampu menggali dan&#13;
mengembangkan potensi dirinya untuk mencapai kebahagiaan tertentu.&#13;
Sementara itu, John Dewey seperti yang diungkapkan dalam (Ersanda, 2022) berpendapat&#13;
bahwa pendidikan harus memungkinkan siswa untuk menganalisis dan memahami pengalamanpengalaman mereka dengan cara yang memungkinkan mereka untuk terus berkembang dan&#13;
memperkaya diri dari pengalaman tersebut.&#13;
Dalam kaitanyya terkait pendidikan, John Dewey juga mengungkapan dalam (Yektiana &amp;&#13;
Nursikin, 2022) bahwa pendidikan harus memiliki fleksibilitas sebagai prinsip untuk kemajuan&#13;
pendidikan. Bagi Dewey, pendidikan yang demokratis diperlukan untuk mencapai tujuan ini,&#13;
namun demokratisasi pendidikan membutuhkan investasi yang signifikan.&#13;
Lebih lanjut lagi Dewey dalam (Lichandra &amp; Sobarna, 2022) memandang bahwa dalam&#13;
proses pembelajaran, peserta didik harus diberikan kebebasan untuk berekspresi. Peserta didik&#13;
harus aktif dan tidak hanya menerima apa yang disampaikan oleh guru. Guru juga harus&#13;
menciptakan lingkungan di mana peserta didik selalu merasa terdorong untuk mencari&#13;
pengetahuan

<summary type="text">IMPLEMENTATION OF UQUBAT: An Effortto MinimizeKhalwat Crimes in Aceh

Acehis  the  only  province  in Indonesiathat  has  officially  implemented Islamicsharia law. As  a region with special privileges to enforce Sharialaw, aceh has  enacted  uqubatpunishments  as  an  effort  to  reduce  criminal  acts,  including khalwat (intimate proximity between a man and a woman who are not mahram). This study aims to explore the implementation of uqubat punishment for khalwat behavior   in   the   context   of   crime   prevention   in Aceh.   This   research   uses   a qualitative    method    with    data    collection    techniques    through    interviews, observations, and documentation. Once all the data is collected, it will be analyzed using  content  analysis  techniques.  The  results  of  the  study  indicate  that  the enforcement  of  uqubat  punishment  has  had  a  significant  impact  on  reducing criminal   acts,   including   khalwat   behavior.   However,   there   are   also   several challenges  in  its  implementation,  such  as  issues  of  justice  in  the  application  of uqubat,  its  effectiveness,  and  others.  Therefore,  this  study  recommends  the  need for  a  comprehensive  evaluation  of  the  implementation  of  uqubat  punishment  as well  as  continuous  improvements  in  the  judicial  system  in Acehto  ensure  its effectiveness in reducing crime without violating principles of justice.
IntroductionIt   is   interesting   to   see   how   Islamic   law applies  in  Aceh  from  a  legal  perspective1. Due to the implementation of Islamic Sharia, which   the   government   regulates   through law     no.     11     of     2006     concerning     the government of Aceh, the application of laws and regulations in Aceh differs from those in other regions in Indonesia because of law no. Eighteen  concerning  special  autonomy  for the  area  of  Aceh  province  was  ratified  in 2001.2because  Aceh  is  a  specific  region,  it has    the    authority    to    apply    its    legal regulations. The absolute authority contained  in  law  no.  4  of  2004  concerning judicial    power,    including    the    authority already mentioned in this regulation.

The purpose of this study  was to analyze the effect of work performance on employee performance, to analyze  the  effect  of  incentives  on  employee  performance,  to  analyze  the  effect  of  discipline  on  employee performance, toanalyze the influence of leadership style on employee performance, and to analyze the effect of work performance, incentives,discipline, leadership style  on employee performance. The  population of this study  were employees of PT. Austin Engineering Indonesia, amounting to 175 people in the store. The sample consisted of 175 respondents, who were taken with a saturated sampling method. Data analysis using multiple regression with SPSS. The results of this study can be concluded that work performance has a significant effect on employee performance, incentives  have  a  significant  effect  on  employee  performance,  discipline  has  a  significant  effect  on  employee performance,  leadership  style  has  a  significant  effect  on  employee  performance.  Job  performance,  incentives, discipline, and leadership style have a significant effect on employee performance
