<summary type="text">EFFECT OF WORK DISCIPLINE, WORKLOAD, AND CAREER DEVELOPMENT  ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE

This study aims to anlayze the effect of work discipline, workload, and career development on employee&#13;
performance partially and simultaneously. This research uses quantitative methods and uses a questionnaire with&#13;
a Likert scale. The population of this research is 100 employees of PT Citra Buana Prakarsa. Samples were taken&#13;
using the census method. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing&#13;
using partial t test and simultaneous F test. The results show that: (1) Work Discipline partially has a significant&#13;
effect on employee performance. (2) Workload partially has a significant effect on employee performance, (3)&#13;
Career development partially has a significant effect on employee performance, and (4) simultaneously work&#13;
discipline, workload, and career development have a significant effect on employee performance.

This study is to analyze the influence of: commitment of organizational on employee performance, motivation of work&#13;
on employee performance, ability of work on employee performance, environment of work on employee performance,&#13;
and commitment of organizational, motivation of work, ability of work, and environment of work on employee&#13;
performance. This type of research includes quantitative research. The population of research is PT. AEI employee of&#13;
permanent as many as 154. The technique of the sampling used samples of saturated, respondents of this research&#13;
were 154 respondents. Data obtained through a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used SPSS. The research of&#13;
the results are: commitment of organizational has a significant influence on performance of employee, motivation of&#13;
work has a significant influence on performance of employee, ability of work has a significant influence on&#13;
performance of employee, and the environment of work has a significant influence on performance of employee. The&#13;
results of the research simultaneously show that all of variables have significant influence on employee performance.
